Who we are: Psynergic Digital, LLC (“Psynergic Digital,” “we,” “our,” “us”) — the publisher of the DramaLlamaz mobile app and website.
We build social + streaming experiences for BL/GL and Asian drama fans. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1) What we collect
Account & Contact

Name, email address (you provide these at sign-up or support contact).
Identifiers

User ID (your account/handle/internal ID).

Device ID (e.g., IDFV, push token). We do not use IDFA.
User Content

Photos or videos you upload (e.g., avatars, posts).

Other user content (comments, captions, text posts).
Purchases

In-app purchases/subscriptions/entitlements and receipt status.
Note: Payment card details are handled by Apple/Stripe. We do not receive or store card or bank numbers.
Usage & Diagnostics

Product interaction (e.g., app opens, views, likes, watch progress) to power core features, personalization, and analytics.

Crash/performance/diagnostic data (aggregated) to keep the app reliable.
We do not collect: precise or coarse location, contacts, health/fitness, sensitive categories (e.g., religion, sexual orientation), or microphone audio recordings.
2) How we use data

App functionality (create/secure your account, show your profile and posts, resume watching, grant purchases/entitlements, push notifications, fraud/abuse prevention).

Safety & moderation (to uphold our community guidelines, including automated + human review).

Personalization (recommendations/“For You” feed and Odyssey rewards).

Analytics (to understand feature usage and improve the product).

Customer support & communications (service messages; optional marketing with your consent).
We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not track you across apps or websites.
3) Legal bases (EU/UK)

4) Sharing
We share data only with service providers/“processors” working on our behalf, under contract, such as:

Hosting & infrastructure, analytics/diagnostics, content delivery, customer support, payment processing (Apple In-App Purchase and/or Stripe).
These providers may process data in the U.S. or other countries with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
5) Your choices

Profile & content: you can edit or delete posts you’ve made.

Marketing: opt out of promotional emails from the footer link.

Notifications: control in-app and OS settings.

Account deletion: request in-app or by email; we’ll delete or de-identify personal data unless we must retain it (e.g., for fraud prevention or legal obligations).
6) Data retention

Account data & UGC: retained while your account is active; deleted/anonymized upon deletion request, subject to lawful retention.

Diagnostics/analytics logs: typically retained for up to 24 months in aggregate form.

Purchase/entitlement records: retained as required for accounting and fraud prevention.
7) Security
We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices). No method is 100% secure, but we continually improve our safeguards.
8) Children
DramaLlamaz is intended for users 13+ (or the age required by local law). We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under the applicable age. Parents/guardians may contact us to request deletion.
9) International transfers
Where data moves outside your country, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., standard contractual clauses) and require recipients to protect your data.
10) Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK/EEA, California), you may request: access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction/objection to certain processing, or to opt-out of sale/share (we don’t sell or share for cross-context ads). Submit requests via the contact below. You won’t be discriminated against for making a privacy request.
